We ship to all over the world.
Regularly we offer free shipping via DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, SF-Express for Android head units. For other shipping methods, you can contact us for further information, we can also ship via your DHL account or UPS account, in this case you don’t need to pay for the shipping cost to us, but you need to pay for the shipping cost when the package arrives.
For just a backup camera order, the total amount is less than US$50, we offer free shipping by China post. If you need to ship by DHL/FedEx/UPS for a camera, you need to pay additional shipping cost, please understand. We highly suggest you order our head unit as well, so both of us can save the shipping cost.
The delivery time includes order processing time and shipping time, the normal processing time for an order is about 1-3 business days because we only start to produce the product after confirmation of the order(and double test before the shipment). So that our customers can always get the latest version of our products. Sometimes we will contact you to confirm your car information like car models, manufacture year, dashboard picture, etc., if you need to process your order more faster, please send these information to us so that we don’t need to ask you once more.
The shipping time is about 3~5 days via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and about 4~7 days via EMS/SF-Express shipping. We will send you a tracking number via email once get it from the shipping company.
Please note:
For some areas, the shipping address is remote for DHL and FedEx, in this occasion, there’s remote fees caused, please note we can not cover the remote area fee for free shipping, unfortunately there’s no way for us to charge remote fees while you are placing the order online, so after you placed the order, if we or our shippig company found your address is remote area, we will send you an email to confirm with you.
