Question: Is it suitable to NX300 in year 2021 with Apple CarPlay, and whether it could be installed by myself without any wires reconnection. Because I have seen some need to add additional cables from radio unit to the screen unit. Could you please provide a picture on the back side of the screen unit so that I could check with my one whether the connector sockets are the same.
Answer: Yes, it’s suitable for a 2021 Lexus NX300 as well. Apple carplay is built-in. Installation is plug and play. The radio plugs are used to get power and car info from original Lexus menu to the new screen. If you want to check the wiring harness, you can send us an email, we will send you related pictures.

Question: I have a 2017 NX 200t (right hand drive) with 360deg camera, heads up display and also the Mark Levingston stereo upgrade from factory that has 14 speakers not the standard 10. Will your screen upgrade support the factory upgraded stereo unit, heads up display and 360 camera.
Answer: Our unit does not change or replace factory functions, just replace the factory screen, and keeps all factory functions working, and the sound transfers from our unit to car speakers through your car’s aux mode. In order to support the factory 360 camera system, you need to add our 360 camera box.

I would like to receive a quote for the screen and the shipping cost to the Netherlands. What is the extra cost for the 128GB option? How does the upgrade of the maps work ?
Answer: The total is US$699, free shipping by FedEx/DHL to Netherlands. For 128GB option, it costs extra US$60. We will install igo maps for you, if a newer version is available in the future, we can then send you a link to download the update.
