Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all over the world. Normally you can choose to ship via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or EMS during checkout while placing an order online. For other shipping methods, you can contact us for further information, we can also ship via your FEDEX account or UPS account, in this case you don't need to pay for the shipping cost to us, but you need to pay for the shipping cost when package arrives.

The delivery time includes order processing time and shipping time, the normal processing time is about 3 business days because we only start to product the product after confirmation of the order, sometimes we will contact you to confirm your car information like car models, manufacture year, dashboard picture, etc, if you need to process your order more faster, please send these information to us so that we don't need to ask you once more.

The shipping time is about 2~5 days via DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and about 3~7 days via EMS shipping. We will send you a tracking number through email after sending the package out.

Please note: For some areas, the shipping address is remote for DHL and UPS, in this occasion, there's remote fees caused, unfortunately there's no way for us to charge remote fees during placing the order, as we can not list all remote areas in our system, so if we found your address is remote for DHL, we will send you an email to pay for the remote fees, you can also check your address via this link to see if your address is remote or not:

Returns & Replacements

We know sometimes a problem may occur though we inspect all items before shipment carefully, we will firstly need your cooperation to fix it and we will tell you how to fix it, if you can not do it, please contact us firstly before you return the goods.We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We'll refund the full cost of the merchandise charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product within 7 days since you signed for the items.

If needed please return the package via normal postal service like USPS, EMS or other mail service in your country, and please don't ship via DHL or UPS or FEDEX because not only you can save the shipping cost but also to avoid customs duties. If you return an item that shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, we reduce refunds for returns for non-quality reason.

Customers are suggested to know your importing rules before you buy, especially for some countries with strict importing rules. If for any case there's a problem in your customs, we will do our best to help you, but please note that it's buyers' responsibility to undertake the loss if caused, because it's your importing rules in your country, that's beyond our control.

We don't provide installation manual as we highly suggest customers asking a professional mechanic to install our units, we can not guarantee if you can install it sucessfully or not, in case you failed to install it, please don't blame to us, it's better to ask a professional mechanic to install it for you, what we can help is giving some advices but not a detailed manual, so in case you failed to install it, return is not available.

Please understand that if buyers don't like the product(not for product problems) when receive the product but not for our faults, returning is not acceptable. After processing the order, if you still prefer to cancel the order, please note that there's 10% handling fees(minimum 10USD) caused, because after processing the order and then you don't need it, we have to store it in the warehouse, please understand.
Customs Duties & Taxes

We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost. However, in some countries you have to pay taxes on imported goods, the rules are different in every country and are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.

DVDGPSNav is based in China. We are a Chinese company. Therefore anything you buy from us is going to be imported as far as your country's customs are concerned. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs for any countries.

We don't add any customs duties or taxes for orders at As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order. If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.

What we can do is declaring lower value in the invoice for customs to lower customs duties in case caused. we are more than happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

There are 3 payment methods available, you can choose to pay by paypal, western union or bank transfer(TT), please note that paypal payment is only available for small orders with amounts below 1000USD. If you choose to pay via western union or bank transfer, we can allow 8% OFF while this discount is not available for paypal because we need to pay transaction fees to paypal for a paypal payment. How to Order?

For a retail order you just need to place an order on our website, just add the items to the cart, procceed to checkout, choose a shipping method, choose a payment method, confirm and place the order, that's all. If you need we can also help to place an order for you, just tell us the items you need and quantities, and send us the shipping information, then we will make an invoice for you to pay. We can also accpet sample orders, the cost for the sample order can be refunded after the large order placed.
