  1. Hi there, does it fit for RHD 2014 E class? Also what about if standard stereo not working/stopped working? (now stuck on clock, won’t do anything,)

    1. If your problem is just from your factory screen unit, replacing it with our new screen can solve your problem.

  2. Hello I have a 2014 E350 Wagon, Right Hand Drive, it has fibre optic audio but the AMI port is broken, can you supply a way to reuse the fibre optic audio input with this system?

  3. Does this unit require that the COMAND NTG4.0 have an AUX connector? I have a 2010 W212 E350 Base Sedan that does not have MMI, any connectors in glove box, or any connectors in the center console. I see some installation instructions/videos where they’re using the 1/8″ stereo AUX connector as part of the installation.

    1. For w212 with aux, installationn is easier. If not with aux, there’s another solution to transfer the sound.

      1. Thank you for your reply. What’s the other solution? FM transmitter? Is there a solution that is hardwired?

        1. A small amplifier to get sound for 4 car door speakers, but the car should not have a fiber optic amp.

    1. For 2010 Mercedes Benz w207 e350, it should be another model, please send a dash photo for us to check further, including the entire frame around your screen.
