Could there have been better instructions? Yes, for a non-technical person it might have been good to have a more explanatory instruction, I managed to put the pieces together. First, I thought to myself, what have I gotten myself into, but looking back, it wasn't that difficult to mount everything. It is always hard the first time. So, if you're not into do technical stuff, let someone else assemble it for you.
With that said, I think us westerners are too narrowminded in that sentence that we have no patience nor respect for other cultures. They have a different mentality and way of communicating. Since English isn't their primary language, I took my time to try to understand what the technician instructed me to do when it came to the software, and I received good help. I understand that he might have been frustrated due to the language but what he wrote, made sense. It was just expressed differently than we (westerners) are used to. Thank you for a great service and a great product! I can recommend them and will buy from them again in the future. (Posted on 10/15/2022)
