We know sometimes a problem may occur though we inspect all items before shipment carefully, we will firstly need your cooperation to fix it and we will tell you how to fix it, if you can not do it, please contact us firstly before you return the goods. Returning is only available within 7 days after you signed for the package and buyer should pay for the shipping cost sending back to us, after 7 days in case there's a problem we can repair for free. We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility, so make sure they are in original conditon and not missing any accessories. If we confirm there's a problem with our product and you need to return it, we'll refund the full cost of the merchandise charges(not including shipping cost) if your return is a result of our error or defective product within 7 days since you signed for the items. If you want a replacement, it's buyer's responsibility to pay for the shipping cost back to us, you can use the cheapest shipping method to send back to us, and we will pay for the shipping cost sending back to you.
If you return an item that shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus. Products decrease in value over time. And make sure all accessories are included, if there's any accessory missing, you need to pay for it. Therefore, we reduce refunds for returns if item shows signs of wear or missing items.
If needed please return the package via regular postal service like USPS, EMS or other mail service in your country, please don't ship via DHL or UPS or FEDEX because not only you can save the shipping cost but also to avoid customs duties. If you return an item that shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus. Products decrease in value over time.
Customers are suggested to know your importing rules before you buy, especially for some countries with strict importing rules. If for any case there's a problem in your customs, we will do our best to help you, but please note that it's buyers' responsibility to undertake the loss if caused, because it's your importing rules in your country, that's beyond our control.
For some products we don't provide installation manual as we highly suggest customers asking a professional mechanic to install our units, we can not guarantee if you can install it successfully or not, in case you failed to install it, please don't blame to us, it's better to ask a professional mechanic to install it for you, what we can help is giving some advices but not a detailed instruction, so in case you failed to install it, return is not available, please understand.
As you can see, our GPS maps are just a free gift for you, so returning is not available if you don't like or not satisfied with our free maps.
Please understand that if buyers don't like the product or other reasons but not for product problems or not for our faults, returning is not acceptable, as all dvd gps units are custom made products for specific cars. After processing the order but not sending the order out, if you still prefer to cancel the order, please note that there's 10% handling fees(minimum 10USD) caused, because we only start to produce it after confirmation of the order, after processing the order but then you don't need it, we have to store it in the warehouse, and there's handling fees, please understand.
